CANCELLATION POLICY

*Reservations & Deposits To ensure your appointment is reserved with care, a non-refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your selected service. *Appointment Reminders As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation by text and email 48–72 hours prior to your appointment, allowing you time to prepare for your visit. *Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly ask that any changes to your appointment be made with at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 100% service fee. *Late Arrivals To preserve the experience of all guests, we ask that you arrive promptly. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late will require rescheduling, and the service fee will still apply.
